The Technique
The overall objective of the Technique is to accomplish scratching against the spot associated with the inner clitoris using the "male implement in the inspired state" as if it were a finger and maintain this motion for a duration of time needed to trigger the orgasm response during the penetration that occurs during sexual intercourse.
Here is a more granular explanation, a play by play account of what the thinking process is as you implement the Technique. First, you are going to take control of the sex session for a small period of time, get him to stay still during the Technique. Next, you will position yourself so that you have freedom of motion and can control your body movements which will probably mean you are on top. After penetration, you are going to accomplish alignment between his head and your spot, the spot on the forward wall of your vaginal canal and this might require a small adjustment of moving your spot to his head. Once aligned, then you will make concentrated body movements to achieve scratching against this sensitive area of your vaginal canal by using the male implement as a scratching tool. You will start to feel your nervous system reaction in that it will feel like an itch being scratched mixed with sexual pleasure feelings. Then you must maintain this motion while feeling a tension building sensation for a period of around 20 to 30 seconds or so. And then you will experience orgasm occurring mostly in your brain but all throughout your body as well.
Through Years of Experience ♀
Throughout my 20's, the previous description is all I knew. It is what worked for me, so I stuck with it. Throughout my 20's, I can't recall a time that it failed because if it had failed, then I would have remembered feeling disappointed. Although, there were times when I did not have the opportunity to attempt the Technique because the male I was with did not understand my needs or wants. So in my 20's, there were no struggles, assuming that I knew I would have the opportunity to make an attempt. Usually, I wanted orgasm and I got orgasm... thanks to the Technique.
During my 30's, though, I remember a specific attempt at using the Technique where I could tell that it was close to working, but it seemed a little like it wasn't going to work for me. This happened with a partner with whom the Technique was consistently working, so I knew it was an issue on my end. I felt like I was having trouble with the coordination of it all. I knew that he was close to my spot, but getting the pressure for the stimulation to occur wasn't working for me. It was the first time that I remember having to struggle a bit. But just as I started to recognize that I was struggling, a thought just popped into my mind and inspired a new way to incorporate a visual component to help me through the process. It was even more successful for me to use this new visualization, so from then on, I used this new way that I am about to describe. Maybe I needed the newer way because I was just getting older, or maybe it was that I was losing touch with my body a bit, but I found that the new way incorporates more senses and therefore makes achieving the process easier for me. So I will share this second way of explaining the Technique and it will serve to explain the same process but with more visual senses plus it reiterates the process for you.
The Light Switch Technique ♀
After taking control of the session and getting positioned on top and already in the state of being penetrated, I picture a common wall light switch in my mind's eye. You know, the light switch near the door of a room that you flip up to turn the light on or down to turn the light off. I see it in my mind's eye like it is right in front of me and, with my physical eyes closed, my gaze is fixed in the forward direction to keep myself steady and concentrated and focused. The outer plate region represents the forward wall of my vaginal canal and the center switch region represents the spot I identify as my inner clitoris. With the sensitivity of this area, I can feel that he usually first lands somewhere on the outer plate of my light switch visualization. Picturing this helps tell me how I need to move the bulk of my body to position him directly on the center part of the light switch. If I feel he is a little bit to the left, then I need to move my torso just a little bit. If I feel he is way left, I know to move my torso a little more than just a little bit. But before motion can start, I need to feel that he is directly on center. Once centered and therefore aligned, then I visualize the up and down motion of the inner switch region and picturing this motion helps me to coordinate my own body movement that accomplishes the friction against my inner clitoris. The motion is lateral. The motion is also very slight and requires the muscle control to maintain pressure against the small area. Optionally, as a matter of coordinating the motion I usually say to myself in my head, "up, down, up, down…". This helps keep a rhythmic alternating pattern to the motion. At this point, I begin feeling the sensation of scratching an itch on my inner clitoris and I am also feeling a building up sensation similar to just before a sneeze. At this point, I know that I only need to keep the motion and therefore the light friction and therefore the light compression all against my inner clitoris sustained until climax is triggered.
