The Approach

As discussed in the previous segment, the clitoris is the starting point of interest in the attempt to induce an orgasm.  It rests in your body and awaits stimulation.  It must be physically engaged with in order for stimulation to occur.  But access to the inner clitoris is in an obscure location, inside the vaginal canal.  How can stimulation in such a difficult to access spot be achieved?  We can look to nature to find a good example of a problem–solution pairing that illustrates an effective approach.  Consider a bear in a forest as it develops the feeling of an itch on its body.  Since the bear does not have fingers to directly scratch the spot, then the bear has the problem of wanting to physically engage with a spot on the body, but can only do so indirectly.  The solution that the bear takes is to crawl to a nearby tree, position its body in a way that the itchy area makes contact with the tree, and then it can move its body to accomplish scratching of the spot.  The tree provides the resistance that the bear needs to generate frictional stimulation that satisfies the itchy feeling.  The bear is using the tree as a tool and the tree provides the resistance that the body of the bear moves against.

The Technique is a similar approach to what the bear does.  We want to achieve the process of frictional stimulation in a spot that we cannot touch.  We can position ourselves so that the "male implement in the inspired state" makes contact with our spot.  Then we can control our bodily movements to use this hard, immovable object as a resistive tool to indirectly generate the motion needed to accomplish frictional stimulation against the spot.

The similarity between these two scenarios—the approach of the bear and our approach—serves as a simple explanation and it gives you a sketch of an idea of what the approach of the Technique entails.  The rest of this chapter delves deeper into the idea of how to accomplish frictional stimulation in the vaginal canal, almost like a checklist of attributes.  This description does not lend itself as direct guidance but instead it is here for the sake of completeness.  To convey this layer of the physical reality, I reduced what is needed into a single sentence.  Then I explore each of these active measures one at a time to describe how they are all related.  Some readers may find this a bit too amorphous and potentially not needed or even not helpful.  It is here in case you need it.  It is an attempt to capture the background elements of the Technique that the thought process leaves out.

The Technique requires concentration and focus with coordinated muscle control on the placement of your nerve endings by applying light pressure and stroking motion.

This statement actually applies to four different scenarios: female masturbation, male masturbation, female orgasm during intercourse and male orgasm during intercourse.  It is the generalized idea of touch stimulation and emphasizes that the nervous system stimuli and response mechanism is the means through which orgasm occurs.  The five factors highlighted in the original statement all need to be addressed simultaneously in order to be effective.

Active Measure One - Concentration and Focus

Firstly, I reiterate that you will never directly see your inner clitoris with your own eyes.  So to bring together the conditions necessary to stimulate it, you have to tune down the other senses so you can focus yourself on your sense of touch sensation happening in your vaginal canal.

But beyond controlling your sensory input within your mind, you have a need for coordination effort between responding to these unusual touch sensations occurring in the vaginal canal, plus positional awareness of activity in the vaginal canal and coordinated body micro movements.  All this effort is cognitively demanding when these factors all have to be coordinated simultaneously and last for a duration of time.  Furthermore, there is a cognitive mismatch at play because using the large muscle groups typically associated with gross motor skills to accomplish a task that would normally go through fine motor skill processing, such as scratching a spot, makes part of the physical task of the Technique mentally cumbersome.  It is really an exercise of your mind and body connection requiring you to concentrate and focus yourself.

Practice makes the Technique more a matter of muscle memory and thus the role of concentration lessens once the Technique becomes a developed skill.

Active Measure Two - Coordinated Muscle Control

Ultimately, you are trying to control the "male implement in the inspired state" as if it were a tool, yet you can't control the tool with hands but instead with general body movement and all this is happening in an area of your body that you don't generally have much opportunity to become very familiar with.  Also the spot that you are focusing on is relatively small and that means the motion has to be concentrated on the spot with only a small degree of tolerance.  Then adding a rhythmic pattern to your controlled muscle motion is similar to the need to keep rubbing after starting female masturbation.

Active Measure Three - Placement of the Nerve Endings

Activity has to be focused on where all the nerve endings that are dedicated to the stimulation that triggers orgasm are placed.  As highlighted previously, the clitoris is the sex organ that has the most nerve endings among the female sex organs.  Stimulation of the clitoris over a duration of time can build in intensity and trigger a climax.  The overall goal of the Technique is to stimulate the inner clitoris by a combination of light friction and light compression during penetration.

Active Measure Four and Five - Pressure and Motion

Stimulation of the clitoris happens by a combination of applying light pressure and stroking motion.  With the outer clitoris, this can be accomplished in a variety of ways.  With the inner clitoris, the stimulus is generally the "male implement in the inspired state".  Once alignment between the inner clitoris and the male partner's head region has been achieved, then the woman needs to move the bulk of her body to achieve the light pressure and stroking motion against the inner clitoris.  This is like using the "male implement in the inspired state" as if it were a finger to scratch the area of the vaginal canal adjacent to the inner clitoris by moving this area against the hard object.  The light pressure and stroking motion also causes the inner clitoris to be compressed against the pubic bone which also contributes to stimulation.

The applying light pressure and stroking motion against the inner clitoris needs to be maintained for a duration of time until climax is achieved.  Together, the pressure and motion combination creates a friction that stimulates the nerve endings of the inner clitoris.
